Xsutra uses authorised delivery partners to deliver the products you purchase. Xsutra itself does not handle the delivery directly.
Payment and Processing
Processing an order requires prepayment. We cannot process Cash on Delivery or COD as a mode of payment.
Delivery Information and Liability
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Xsutra and its delivery partners are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery address you supply. You agree and understand that Xsutra is not accountable for:
- a) Delivery to an incorrect address provided by you.
- b) Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by you.
- c) Any discrepancies in payment for the products purchased.
Delivery
Xsutra cares about you, especially about your physical as well as mental wellness. Hence, we will make all attempts to guarantee that all of the products you order from xsutra arrive on time and in their original condition. We have a PAN India courier service to speed up the delivery of your purchase to your delivery address.
We make every attempt to deliver the product(s) within 5-14 working days of dispatch from our warehouse, depending on the geographic area. Please keep in mind that this cannot guarantee the delivery time. However, specific situations may cause your order to be delayed.
